Criteriaof a return:

Returned items must comply with our criteria:

  1. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and original packaging included.
  2. Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original protective boxes and bags (if applicable) and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
  3. When trying on a shoe, please do not damage the sole or damage the box.
  4. If a product has a Via Monte Shop or brand security tag, the item must be returned with the tag in its original location.
  5. Socks, underwear and swimwear must be returned with protective hygienic labels and in closed packaging, where applicable.
  6. Linen and swimwear must be tried on while wearing your own undergarment. We do not accept any returns that have been worn or dirty.
  7. Please try the products on carefully so that you can return them in the same condition. Returns that do not meet our policies will not be accepted.

Your item must return to the boutique within 14 days of the delivery date. We recommend that you book the collection within 7 days from the delivery date to make sure it arrives within the time allowed by sending an email to .


How to refund a return:

Once your return has been received and accepted, the refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding shipping costs. We will keep you updated and you can follow the path of your package with our carrier, using the tracking number on the return label, or you can check the status of the return in your Account, under "Orders and returns".

Unworn items can be returned for size change, store credit or refund no later than 28 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The return costs unless otherwise specified are charged to the consumer art. 67 paragraph 3 of the consumer code.
