Shipping and returned

How much is shipping?

In Italy the shipment is Free for all orders greater than € 49. For lower orders, the cost is € 5.

The expedition to Sardinia, in Venice and in some remote areas has an additional cost of € 5 for all orders.

How long will I receive my order?

We know that you don't like expectations, so we commit ourselves to send all the agenda within 1 working day.

Shipments to Italy generally take 24/48 hours Unless delays that do not depend on us. Some areas for which the courier uses up to 72h for delivery are exception.

How can I return?

You can return the products within 30 days of delivery.

The return of the products is the responsibility of the customer, you find all the instructions on the sheet you received inside the package or on the page Shipments and returns.

How and when will I receive the refund?

Once we receive a return, we process it in 24/48 hours. The refund takes place within 5/7 working days, times vary according to the payment method with which the order was made.

If you paid on delivery, we will refund you by bank transfer (remember to communicate IBAN). If you paid with Klarna or Scalapay you will be reimbursed the paid installments and canceled the remaining ones.

Can I withdraw the order in the shop?

Of course, just select the shipping option "Pickup in store".

The service is always free, you can collect your package at Just Collection Man in via Monte Santo 80 in Cosenza. The shop is open from Monday to Saturday during 9-13 and 16-20.

How can I trace my package?

Check your e-mail, you will find a message with the shipping code and the link to view all updates.

If you don't receive it, check in the spam.

Payments and orders

What are the payment methods?

You can pay by credit or debt card, Paypal, bank transfer, scalapay, Klarna or cash on delivery.

Can I pay on delivery?

Of course, you can pay in cash on delivery of the package. The service has a cost of 5 € which will be added to your order.

How does the payment in installments work with Klarna or Scalapay?

Klarna and Scalapay are payment services that allow you to pay your order in 3 installments and interestless without. The first installment will be climbed at the time of checkout, the next two installments will be scaled monthly.

Can I cancel or modify an order?

We can cancel an order only if it has not already been shipped, contact us immediately at 380281153, also via WhatsApp.

Are the products for sale original?

Obviously Yes. We are official dealers of all the brands on the site and in our physical stores.

How to use a discount code?

Discount codes, when available, are provided according to active promotions.

They must be inserted at the time of the checkout and are applied to the products suitable for the ongoing promo. Normally Discount codes do not work on already discounted products.

How can I choose the right size?

Inside the product tabs check the "Size guide", inside you will find the measures of the garments. Also check the description where sometimes we highlight particular fit/fit.
